(Lien amount $3,821.05) 6. Consider appeal of Teddy Souders concerning decision of the Administrative Hearing Officer declaring 1106 N. Tucker a public nuisance. 7. Consider request from Central Oklahoma Transit/COCAA for a 60 day extension to negotiate a contract with Executive Cab Company. 8. Consider necessary budget amendment to pay workers compensation judgment in full for Calvin McCalip. 9. Consider Oklahoma Department of Transportation project agreement for U.S. 177 and Independence/Leo intersection improvements. 10. Consider approval of a building permit for expansion to Gordon Cooper Technical Center at Shawnee Municipal Airport. 11. Receive report from Community Development Director Mike Southard and discuss possible adoption of alternate building codes for existing structures called “Smart Codes.” 12. Progress report from City Treasurer Jim Wilsie regarding municipal court warrant tracking procedures. 13. Progress report from City Treasurer Jim Wilsie regarding audit procedures concerning organizations having contracts with the City. 14. Consider entering into a contract providing for establishment of airport administrator to oversee airport operations pursuant to airport audit. 15.
