Discuss and consider form to be used to evaluate city manager’s job performance. 13. Consider a contract establishing the payment requirements for the Shawnee Civic and Cultural Development Authority to the Shawnee Municipal Authority regarding the Bank of America loan for the Expo Center conference building. 14. Reconsider vote of February 22, 2005 city commission agenda item No. 6: “Consider city management recommendation that the responsibility of dealing with the appropriate health insurance for city employees be transferred to city management.” 15. Consider approving recommendation that city management be responsible for handling the bid process concerning health insurance for city employees. 16. Consider builders’ request for waiver of sidewalk requirement in their respective subdivisions. 17. Consider bids for Expanded Security Camera Monitoring/Recording and Access Control. (Open) 18.
