RECOMMENDATION: Board recommends approval to remove stop signs on American Way at the driveways of Wood Group Pressure Control and Roundhouse. STAFF Approves of this recommendation B. Consideration of request from Delbert Totty, 609 West Poplar, Shawnee, OK, to provide lane indicators for exiting and entering into City Public Works building. RECOMMENDATION: Board recommends deferral of request until further information can be obtained. STAFF Approves of this recommendation C. Consideration of request from Delbert Totty, 609 West Poplar, Shawnee, OK, to provide left turn lanes at unmarked entrances to mall from access road. RECOMMENDATION: Board recommends deferral of request until further information can be obtained. STAFF Approves of this recommendation D. Consideration of request from Delbert Totty, 609 West Poplar, Shawnee, OK, to initiate no left turn at: a. Union and Highland, east/west bound only; b. Beard and Highland, east/west bound only; c.
