3) Approval of the 2008 regular scheduled meetings.
4) Case #Z01-08 Location of property: 826 W. Forrest-Applicant: Shawnee Affordable Housing. A Public Hearing for consideration of granting a variance to the lot width requirements in R-2 Zoning District allowing for a 40 foot frontage when 60 foot is required for single family dwellings.
5) Case #Z02-08 Location of property: 330 N. Broadway – Applicant: Walt Henry obo Midfirst Bank. A Public Hearing for consideration of granting a variance to the sign height requirement allowing for a 25 foot sign when the maximum height allowed is 20 feet
6) Case #Z03-08 Location of property: 2320 N. Harrison – Applicant: Walt Henry obo Midfirst Bank. A Public Hearing for consideration of granting a variance to the sign height requirement allowing for a 25 foot sign when the maximum height allowed is 20 feet.
