CONSIDER AND APPROVAL OF JUNE 21st AND JULY 5th, 2006 MINUTES
A motion was made by Don Dudley to approve June 21st and July 5th minutes. Motion was seconded by Jim Taheri. MOTION CARRIED.

ACKNOWLEGE RESIGNATION OF BOARD MEMBER TIM STEPHENS

DISCUSS AND CONSIDER FALCON CABLE LEASE AMENDMENT
A motion was made by Wes Mainord to approve the amendment to the Falcon Cable lease. Motion was seconded by Jim Taheri. MOTION CARRIED.

AGENDA ITEM NO 4:
DISCUSS AND CONSIDER FALCON CABLE ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE
A motion was made by Don Dudley to approve the assignment of the Falcon Cable lease. Motion was seconded by Wes Mainord. MOTION CARRIED.

AGENDA ITEM NO 5:
DISCUSS AND CONSIDER PROPOSAL BY OBU TO PURCHASE LEASED PROPERTY
Roger Henson, attorney for OBU, presented an appraisal of $147,000.00. He acknowledged the amount was lower than expected and that OBU was willing to work with the city and the advisory board. Wes Mainord commended OBU for recognizing the appraisal was low. Don Dudley made a motion to recommend the city obtain another appraisal. Jim Taheri seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.

UPDATE ON FBO
Jerry Sharp gave an update on installation of self serve pumps, part time employees and fuel sales.

Jim Taheri requested an update on the concrete, junk and debris problem. Staff will contact Code Enforcement.
