THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE AIRPORT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR RESCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 18, 2004 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING, PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:

PRESENT: Claybrook, Harrod, Harden, Weaver, Peterson, Downing
ABSENT : None
NOTE: Ward 2-Vacant

AGENDA ITEM NO. 1: Call to Order.

Chairman Harden presided and called the meeting to order.

AGENDA ITEM NO. 2: Declaration of a Quorum.

Chairman Harden declared a quorum present.

AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consider approval of Consent Agenda.

a. Minutes of February 2, 2004 meeting

b. Confirm action taken under City Commission Agenda Item No. 1(c) regarding Transfer of Appropriation in Shawnee Airport Authority Fund

A motion was made by Vice Chairman Downing, seconded by Trustee Peterson, to approve the Consent Agenda as presented. Motion carried.
