THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, TUESDAY, JANUARY 20, 2004 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING, PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:

PRESENT: Claybrook, Harden, Weaver, Peterson, Downing
ABSENT : Pettyjohn, Harrod

AGENDA ITEM NO. 1: Call to Order.

Chairman Harden presided and called the meeting to order.

AGENDA ITEM NO. 2: Declaration of a Quorum.

Chairman Harden declared a quorum present.

AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consider approval of Consent Agenda.

* Minutes of January 5, 2004 meeting

A motion was made by Trustee Peterson, seconded by Trustee Weaver, to approve the Consent Agenda as presented. Motion carried.

AYE: Peterson, Weaver, Downing, Claybrook, Harden
NAY: None

AGENDA ITEM NO. 4: Administrative Reports.

There were no Administrative Reports.
