THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE AIRPORT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY, DECEMBER 3, 2001 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING, PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:

PRESENT: Claybrook, Pettyjohn, Harrod, Harden, Weaver, Milburn, Downing
ABSENT : None

AGENDA ITEM NO. 1: Call to Order.

Chairman Harden presided and called the meeting to order.

AGENDA ITEM NO. 2: Declaration of a Quorum.

Chairman Harden declared a quorum present.

AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consider approval of Consent Agenda.

a. Minutes of November 19, 2001 meeting

b. Confirm action taken under City Commission Agenda Item No. 12© and 12(d) concerning the opening of bids for Airport Security Gate Project and Airport Gutter Installation Project.

No bids were received on the security gate project and City Commission deferred this item to the next meeting.
The airport gutter installation project was awarded to All-Around Seamless Guttering, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma in the amount of $11,900.00 as the lowest as best bid.
A motion was made by Trustee Pettyjohn, seconded by Trustee Harrod, that the Consent Agenda (a-b) be approved. Motion carried.

There being no further business to come before the meeting, a motion was made by Vice Chairman Downing, seconded by Trustee Claybrook, that the meeting be adjourned. Motion carried. (10:06 p.m.)
