THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY, APRIL 16, 2001 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING, PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:
Chairman Harden presided and called the meeting to order.
AGENDA ITEM NO. 2: Declaration of a Quorum.
Chairman Harden declared a quorum present.
AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consider approval of Consent Agenda.
a. Minutes of April 2, 2001 meeting
b. Confirm action taken under City Commission Agenda Item No. 12(a) the opening of bids for Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Services
that was referred to staff for review and report at the next meeting
A motion was made by Trustee Pettyjohn, seconded by Trustee Roach, that the Consent Agenda (a-b) be approved. Motion carried.
AGENDA ITEM NO. 6: Adjournment.
There being no further business to come before the meeting, a motion was made by Vice Chairman Downing, seconded by Trustee Pettyjohn, that the meeting be adjourned. Motion carried. (9:56 p.m.)
