THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE AIRPORT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY, MARCH 1, 2010 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING AT 6:30 P.M., PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:
PRESENT: Stephens, Sims, Harrod, Peterson, Collier, Winterringer, Holt

AGENDA ITEM NO. 1: Call to Order
AGENDA ITEM NO. 2: Declaration of a Quorum
AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consider approval of Consent Agenda.
a. Minutes from the February 16, 2010 meeting.
b. Confirm action taken by City Commission on Agenda Item from February 16, 2010 meeting regarding consideration of offer being made to obtain highway, utility, and temporary construction easement(s) for the Kickapoo Street Paving Project and to authorize execution and recording of easements.
City Commission approved the offer of $49,000 to the Shawnee Airport Authority to obtain the needed easements located along Kickapoo Street.
A motion was made by Trustee Sims, seconded by Trustee Holt, to approve Consent Agenda Item No. 3(a-b) as presented. Motion carried 6-0-1.
There being no further business to come before the meeting, a motion was made by Trustee Sims, seconded by Trustee Winterringer, that the meeting be adjourned. Motion carried 7-0. (8:57 p.m.)
