THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY, APRIL 19, 2010 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING AT 6:30 P.M., PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:
AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consider approval of Consent Agenda
a. Minutes from the April 5, 2010 meeting.
b. Confirm action taken by City Commission on Agenda Item No. 5 regarding awarding of bid for Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Service.
City Commission approved entering into an agreement for Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Services with Central Disposal LLC.
A motion was made by Trustee Harrod, seconded by Trustee Winterringer, to approve the Consent Agenda Item No. 3(a-b) as presented. Motion carried 7-0.
There being no further business to be considered, a motion was made by Trustee Sims, seconded by Trustee Winterringer, that the meeting be adjourned. Motion carried 7-0. (9:00 p.m.)
