THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE AIRPORT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY, DECEMBER 7, 2009 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING AT 6:30 P.M., PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:
AGENDA ITEM NO. 3: Consider approval of Consent Agenda.
a. Minutes from the November 16, 2009 meeting.
b. Confirm action taken by City Commission on Agenda Item Number 2-d regarding Mayor’s appointment of Harmik DerSahakian to the Airport Advisory Board, term to expire 7/01/2010
City Commission approved the Mayor’s appointment of Harmik DerSahakian to the Airport Advisory Board, term to expire 7/01/2010.
c. Confirm action taken by City Commission on Agenda Item Number 12 regarding cancellation of December 21, 2009, regular scheduled Board of City Commissioners, Shawnee Municipal Authority and Shawnee Airport Authority meetings.
City Commission approved cancellation of the regular scheduled Board of City Commissioners, Shawnee Municipal Authority and Shawnee Airport Authority meetings for December 21, 2009.
A motion was made by Trustee Sims, seconded by Trustee Collier, to approve Consent Agenda Item No. 3(a-c) as presented.
There being no further business to come before the meeting, a motion was made by Trustee Collier, seconded by Trustee Harrod, that the meeting be adjourned. Motion carried 6-0. (9:45 p.m.)
