THE TRUSTEES OF THE SHAWNEE AIRPORT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SHAWNEE, COUNTY OF POTTAWATOMIE, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MET IN REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSION IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL, 9TH AND BROADWAY, SHAWNEE, OKLAHOMA, MONDAY, JUNE 15, 2009 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BOARD OF CITY COMMISSIONERS MEETING AT 6:30 P.M., PURSUANT TO NOTICE DULY POSTED AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW. UPON ROLL CALL, A QUORUM WAS DECLARED PRESENT WITH THE FOLLOWING MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:

a. Minutes from the June 1, 2009 meeting.
b. Confirm action taken by City Commission on Agenda Item No. 2-j regarding authorizing staff to request bids on Airport Terminal building.
City Commission approved authorization of staff to request bids on Airport Terminal building.
A motion was made by Trustee Harrod, seconded by Trustee Collier, that the Consent Agenda Item No. 3(a-b) be approved as presented. Motion carried 6-0.
