2) Approval of the minutes from the June 21, 2007 Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting.
3) A Public Hearing for consideration of granting a variance to the side yard setback requirements by allowing for a 4 foot street-side yard setback instead of the normal 15 feet and for a 3.9 foot interior-side yard setback instead of the normal 5 feet for property located at 130 W. Franklin. (Applicant: Kennard & Wanda Leathers) Case # Z06-07
4) A Public Hearing for consideration of appealing the decision of the Community Development Director to not require the dedication of right-of-way as a condition of development for property located at 4400 N. Kickapoo. (Applicant: D & G Properties LLC) Case # Z07-07
