No additional conditions were placed on the approval. 7. The Comprehensive Plan depicts this area as residential/commercial, thus this request complies. 8. On January 17, 2006, the City Commission granted Ms. Gallagher 90 days to bring her lot into compliance with the septic tank requirements. Pgs. 121-123 Shawnee staff has relied on county and state officials to enforce city regulations pertaining to private utilities. As a result, there are no permit requirements or applicable fees. This ordinance would require permits to be obtained prior to construction and to set the fee structure. 17. Consider Bids: Pgs. 124-139 a. High Volume Copier for City Hall (award) b. Remodel City Hall Annex Building (award) Staff has reviewed the bonds and insurance for the Annex building remodel. The bid exceeded the budgeted amount, but in order to negotiate with the contractor to lower the amount the bid must be awarded.
